Flat monthly pricing by portfolio size: Starter (70–199 units) R6,916/month, Growth (200–499 units) R14,490/month, and Scale (500+ units) R25,415/month. All prices include VAT at 15% — so Growth is R12,600 excluding VAT. Growth adds white-label, custom domain, online payments, owner portal, trust accounting, the branded rentals site, docs/e-sign and reports/API. Scale adds DebiCheck integration, which you use with your own debit-order bureau facility. Managing fewer than 70 units? We price smaller portfolios individually — talk to us. Larger or multi-country needs — an Enterprise plan.
